TempoFit is an indie fitness app built around a simple idea: make interval training easier to set up, easier to follow, and easier to stay consistent with.

The app is designed for workouts like HIIT, Tabata, circuits, calisthenics, gym intervals, and home training. Whether you need a quick basic timer or a more structured advanced workout, TempoFit helps you build your session and follow each round with confidence.

TempoFit started as a solo developer project by Jay Parmar, built through real testing, small improvements, and a focus on practical workout flow. Every screen, timer control, preset feature, and premium option has been shaped step by step to make the app clearer and more useful.

This project is intentionally independent. There is no large fitness company behind it — just a focus on building a clean, helpful timer that respects your time and helps you stay focused during training.
